ReceiptDrawer

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

By creating a ReceiptDrawer account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

ReceiptDrawer captures receipts you forward, text, or upload, reads the details using automated AI, and organizes them so you can review, confirm, and export them for bookkeeping and tax preparation.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information in your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful business record-keeping.

Text messaging program

By adding your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from ReceiptDrawer — primarily confirmations that a texted receipt was received. Message frequency depends on how often you text in receipts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out stops confirmation texts; you can still use email and in-app upload.

Accuracy & not tax advice

Receipt details are read automatically and may contain errors, so you should review and confirm them. ReceiptDrawer organizes records but does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you rely on or submit to a tax preparer.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReceiptDrawer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination & changes

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
